True Winter / Cool Winter Color Palette Makeup
Cool or true winter is the second of the colour families from the 12 seasons on the seasonal colour flow chart, and it sits between deep/dark winter and bright/clear winter. True winter shares dark winter's rich sultriness but leans more cool-toned, whereas deep winter is cool-neutral. Cool winter has more pure cool tones, compared to bright winter, which thrives with high contrast and high saturation of the colour, along with a hint of neutrality, from its neighbouring season, clear spring!
