Etude X Muzik Tiger - #TigerEngery Collection in 2 Sleepy Tiger Review & Swatches

Have you ever seen a makeup collection that was love at first sight? That is how I felt when first seeing the Etude X Muzik Tiger collection, specifically the Sleepy Tiger set of colours, as it spoke to my soft summer/cool muted colour palette!

How cute are these unit cartons?!? Look at the kitty being all lazy and adorable! The product packaging is just as cute as the outer packaging, so they are just as cute when they are not being used.

The Play Color Eyes in 02 Sleepy Tiger is EVERYTHING I have come to love about Etude’s eyeshadow formula - soft pressed powder formulation, sheer but buildable pigment, and the formula basically blends out by itself. Please note the swatches are three passes of each shadow, and for anyone with a deeper skin tone than mine (fair with cool undertones), the shade 01 Winter Scent might pull slightly ashy due to its white base colour.

The Dewy Blusher in Sleepy Tiger was my first time using a blush from Etude, and the shade slightly threw me off as it pulls warmer than I was expecting; but, this shade does exceptionally well for creating a harmonious marriage between the shades in the shadow palette and the lip colour. The blush formula feels almost identical to the Play Eyes matte eyeshadow formula but slightly more creamy and easily sheered out.

Lastly, we have Jelly Dewy Tint in 2 Sleepy Tiger - be still my heart! I thought I loved Etude’s Fixing Tint, but the plump glossy shine, long-wear formula, plushness it gives the lips is top-notch! Do note that if you swatch this and then go to white the colour off, you will most likely have a decent stain left, which in my book is phenomenal as that means this product should whether quite well through mask-wearing, eating, and daily life.

If it’s not already apparent enough, I am pretty much obsessed with this collection! If you are someone who prefers warmer colours than I do, Etude X Muzik Tiger does have a similar set in Joyful Tiger, which I’m sure will set all of your warm tone loving spring and autumn hearts fluttering!
